How to Order and Pick-up Donna's
We’ve talked at length about the best way to serve our customers and our community during this crisis and staying open to make you hot, fresh donuts is what we're gonna do. Each person on our team made the choice to work, and we take their health and safety very seriously. So, to limit their exposure, and yours, here’s the plan:
IN PERSON ORDERING IS CURRENTLY CLOSED:
We are taking online and call ahead orders only (pay in advance, pick up in shop). Tuesday-Sunday, 8am-5pm. You can go to our online ordering portal here or call us at (614) 245-4859, place your order, and pay by card. Either way, once it is ready you can pick it up from our pick-up counter in the shop (the end of the counter closest to the door).
THIRD-PARTY DELIVERY AVAILABLE:
You can also order Donna's online for delivery via our third-party delivery partners. Just go to the Doordash or Postmates app or website and place your order for fresh donuts straight to your doorstep. See their current delivery options for no touch drop off.
DONNA'S DINING/SEATING AREA CLOSED:
We are currently asking that all customers/drivers please wait in their vehicles or outside for their orders to be ready for pick-up. Also, please no eating of donuts on premise per the State of Ohio. We know it's hard and everyone wants to eat them as fresh as possible but we ask that you please at least make it to your car first.
